" 84 Broomfield Drive occupies an enviable location in a small residential cul de sac on the favoured eastern side of the village and is situated on a good sized corner plot with tremendous potential for extension (subject to the usual consents being obtainable) it has a rear outlook over open farmland.

The house is built with brick-faced elevations relieved by part white cladding incorporating replacement double glazed windows, all under a pitched tiled roof and is in need of modernisation and refurbishment.
