" 13 Broomfield Drive enjoys a favoured location on the popular eastern side of the village on an exceptionally large plot which extends to just under a fifth of an acre. The property comprises an attractive chalet style detached house which historically has proved to be a particularly popular design and there is huge potential for extension to provide a third bedroom on the first floor in common with many other properties on the same development.

At present the accommodation affords a large 'L' shaped lounge with a sliding door opening to a small kitchen and it would be possible to sub-divide the lounge and move the existing dividing wall to create a kitchen/dining room. DIRECTIONS
From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the first mini roundabout turn left up the A272 towards Haywards Heath. On the brow of the hill take the first turning right into Silver Lane and then take the second turning left into Willow Drive which leads into Broomfield Drive. Proceed down Broomfield Drive and the property will be found on the right hand side before the turning right into Maple Close.
