" EPC- Penfold Grange is deservedly Billingshurst's most popular residential development, renowned for its pleasing mix of house styles and elevational treatments and 9 Barrow Close enjoys an enviable location in one of its most sought after residential roads at the end of a cul de sac. The property is one of only a few built to Taywood Homes' 'Lindfield' design and is a particularly impressive looking house with beautifully presented accommodation. Its large reception hall very much sets the tone of the expansive accommodation that the house affords. The principal reception rooms take full advantage of the south facing aspect to the rear and comprise a splendid drawing room extending to some 22 feet in length with a handsome open fireplace fitted with a woodburning stove providing a fine focal point. With family entertaining in mind the dining room is another particularly large room with a pretty bow fronted window providing a fine view of the garden. A study provides a third reception room and the kitchen/breakfast room

(off which there is a utility room) has been attractively re-fitted with a range of cream Shaker styled units and solid oak worktops and stainless steel appliances including a five burner hob.

The first floor accommodation is equally impressive approached off a large galleried landing with an en suite shower room and dressing area to the master bedroom and with guests in mind, a further en suite shower room to the second bedroom. A family bathroom/shower room serves the three remaining bedrooms.

Outside, the property has unusually generous off road parking in addition to its substantial double garage. The rear garden is another splendid feature where a paved seating area takes advantage of the due south facing aspect and overlooks a shaped area of lawn adjoined by mature shrub borders and a fine eucalyptus, the whole enjoys a high degree of seclusion. There is a further timber decked entertaining area to the rear and there is a spacious area to one side of the house for storage.
