" There aren't many modern homes with 6 true double bedrooms on an award winning estate noted for it's pleasant designs and well planned layout. This particular house has the rooms over three floors with two doubles and a shower room on the top floor. The first floor has four bedrooms with the master having an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room with the other two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. These rooms are very flexible, being ideal for family life because you can use them for guests or perhaps a second lounge or playroom for children of all ages. Downstairs there is a large dining room, "front to back" lounge, as well as a kitchen/breakfast room which is an ideal focal point for the family, you can chat whilst you cook! All these rooms have big windows so there is plenty of opportunity for light to pour in. As an added bonus this home has been updated with a lift from the ground to the first floor, along with a wet room. It may suit the needs of an elderly or less able person or wheel chair user. Perhaps the new owners will be a family or families that are moving in together?

We bought this house after much consideration of the local housing market. We concluded that in this close there is little passing traffic because Barrow Close isn't very long and thus maintains a level of exclusivity. Apart from updating, decoration and designing and landscaping the rear garden so it is as private as it can be, the only changes we have made inside relate to the lift we have had put in and the conversion of the bathroom on the first floor to a wet room. These facilities might just suit someone with different needs or likewise we will consider removing the lift if it is not needed. Another of the virtues of this home is it's size the rooms are all so big and it is a beautiful looking modern home with a double fronted appearance.
