" 10 Saxon Close is an attractive cottage style semi detached house with brick and timber elevations, set in a quiet residential cul de sac on level ground some 250 yard from Billingshurst High Street. The property is charmingly presented by the present owner and offers spacious accommodation.

On the ground floor the sitting room has a deep square bay window, a fine carved pine mantelpiece and a deep understairs cupboard. The kitchen/dining room, overlooking the rear garden, has a glazed door to the terrace and provides a good sized room for everyday living. The kitchen is fitted out in white with a comprehensive range of cupboards and drawers and includes a built in gas hob and electric oven.

10 Saxon Close is situated at the north end of the village conveniently positioned for the village hall and the medical centre.
