" In a cul de sac location and forming part of the favoured Silver Lane area, 55 Dell Lane is a superb example of a detached family home in an ideal location for the village and all its facilities. The house is offered in very good decorative order and enjoys an entrance hall which also includes a cloakroom. The spacious sitting room has a feature fire surround housing an electric fire with display plinth alongside with an archway leading through to the dining room which has double glazed double doors opening to the rear gardens. Adjoining the dining room is the kitchen, re-fitted with a range of modern wood effect cupboard and drawer units with contrasting work surfaces over which includes a stainless steel sink and matching hob with inset oven and microwave shelf above. There is space for a fridge under the counter and a window overlooks the rear garden. From the kitchen, just a step outside the rear door leads to the utility room, a very useful extra space located at the rear of the garage with plumbing for washing machine and space for a fridge/freezer.

From our Billingshurst office proceed south along the High Street and at the mini roundabout turn left into East Street, the A272 signposted Haywards Heath. Continue up the hill and near the brow of the hill take the first turning on the right into Silver Lane and continuing past the first immediate turning on your right, continue down Silver Lane taking the next turning on the right into Dell Lane where number 55 will be found on the right hand side.
