" This mature family house is situated in a road convenient for the village centre and provides spacious and well proportioned accommodation. A particular feature of this house is the extended kitchen/breakfast room which provides over 16ft of space alongside which is a cloakroom and a separate utility room. The house also boasts two separate reception rooms, both of a good size, with the sitting room having a french door opening to the rear garden and a particularly attractive traditional style real flame gas fire. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a built in cupboard, and a bathroom with a separate WC.
