" EPC - C. Located at the northern end of Billingshurst within walkable distance of the High Street, The Alders is a development completed about 2 years ago. This particular house was built to the Croften design and has been enhanced by the current owner to an impeccable standard with the addition of quartz tiled flooring on the ground floor with underfloor heating, upgraded kitchen appliances, upgraded low voltage lighting and landscaped the rear garden. These improvements have been put together to make this a truly comfortable and welcoming home. The ground floor has an entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room and an open plan lounge/dining room which leads in to a large conservatory. On the first floor is the family bathroom and master bedroom which enjoys distant views to the rear and the third bedroom which is a good size single or small double. On the second floor is the guest bedroom or master if you prefer with an en-suite shower room.

A driveway to the side leads to the attached garage with pitched roof and the current owners have planning permission for a side extension over and behind this garage. The rear garden has been landscaped providing a sunny seating area with a southern aspect and this has been enhanced by feature lighting. The house still benefits from a remainder of the NHBC certificate and has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. An internal inspection is a must to fully appreciate how beautiful this house is.
