" EPC-C. The Alders is a new development recently completed by Taylor Wimpey on the north side of Billingshurst High Street and has proved to be a very popular and sought after location. This particular house is a stunning three bedroom end of terrace property built to the 'Flatford' design which offers bright and spacious rooms throughout, enjoying a modern design in kitchen and bathroom fittings and a fairly neutral colour scheme which shows the property at its best. Being an end terrace it does stand on a larger plot which enjoys a southern aspect with a further area of lawn to the side. The accommodation on the ground floor consists of storm porch to half glazed front door which allows light to flood into the entrance hall with a deep understairs storage cupboard, ideal for coats, etc. The ground floor cloakroom has Amtico flooring as does the nicely laid out kitchen/breakfast room with its array of fitted base and eye level wall cupboards, ample work surfaces and built in appliances including a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The deep window has an outlook to the front. The lounge/dining room is situated across the back of the house with French doors leading to the patio area and the south facing garden.
