" EPC - C. The Alders is a new development recently completed by Taylor Wimpey on the north side of Billingshurst High Street and is proving to be a very popular and sought after development. The current owners of number 6 (which is built to the 'Flatford' design) have taken the well proportioned and easy flowing accommodation and added their own finishing touches with flooring and wall tiles as well as accent walls, all of which work extremely well in creating a delightful and welcoming home. There is a modern fitted kitchen/breakfast room complete with breakfast bar, a 15'5" x 12'1" lounge/dining room with French doors overlooking and leading to the rear garden.
