Believed to have been built originally circa 1893 and subsequently extended and refurbished in the last two years including re-wiring and new central heating. The property has brick elevations under a largely pitched tile-covered roof with some uPVC double-glazed replacement windows and doors, the property also benefits from a recently re-fitted large kitchen/dining room, re-fitted bathroom and the provision of a cloakroom. LOCATION

Five Oaks is a small hamlet lying approximately 1? miles north of the town of Billingshurst which provides a good range of shopping facilities including Budgen?s supermarket, library, doctors? surgery, churches and bus services, etc. The Weald Comprehensive School and Billingshurst Primary School together with the main line railway station with its fast and frequent train service to London (Victoria/London Bridge about 65 minutes), Gatwick Airport and the south coast are in Station Road.
