" A spacious and versatile family home which occupies arguably one of the best plots on the sought after Ifold Estate.

Cedar Croft is a detached property which sits on a very private and secluded plot approaching 2 acres. The property itself is approximately 3750 sqft and the accommodation comprises; a large entrance hall leading through to a study, a reception room, a further reception/family room and a utility area. On the other side of the reception hall, there is a huge formal reception room and a substantial kitchen/breakfast room leading through to a formal dining room. There is also a downstairs bathroom and cloakroom.

On the first floor, there are four very good sized bedrooms, all offering excellent storage space. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and there is a family bathroom in addition to this.
