" Let me give you three reason to buy this home, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Situated at the end of a select cul de sac off Blakes Farm Road is this three bedroom detached home, which has been improved and updated by the current owners.

As you walk through the front door, there is an immediate feeling of space, with the wooden floors and fresh neutral decor, a theme that has been carried through to the lounge and dining room. The kitchen has been refitted with a range of complementing units and has a range of integrated appliances, including a double oven, hob and filter fan, as well as a washing machine, fridge and freezer.

The master bedroom has a range of fitted wardrobe cupboards and a re fitted en suite shower room, which is in addition to the re tiled family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Throughout there are replacement double glazed windows and French doors from the dining room leading to the rear garden.

Outside the rear garden is relatively secluded and larger than you would expect at 43'3 in length and extends to 36'1 in width, with a patio area and area of lawn. At the front there is no shortage of parking, with a driveway approaching the garage and additional parking bay.

What the Owner says:

When we bought our home, we were looking for a house that offered larger than average family accommodation for our two growing children. We found compared to other houses we viewed that the third bedroom here was so much bigger.

Although in good condition when we bought the property, we have made a number of improvements including replacement double glazing, a newly re-fitted kitchen and en suite shower room. We have recently redecorated and have had wooden flooring laid in the entrance hall, lounge and dining room.

The cul de sac is so quiet, we get little passing traffic and is safe for the children to play out with their friends.
