" If you have children and are looking for a three bedroom detached family home, then you may be hard pressed to beat this Bryant Rydal. It falls in the catchment area for Millais and Forest secondary schools, as well as Leechpool Primary school which
recently came top in West Sussex for pupil progress. The local park is less than a four minute walk away, and has a well equipped playground, skate park and basketball/football court, keeping children of all ages occupied. The adjacent Leechpool Woods is very popular with walkers and cyclists alike with its miles of public footpaths. The garage was converted by the previous owner and could be used either as a fourth bedroom, kiddies playroom or home office. Part of the garage was retained as a secure storage area, for bikes and garden equipment, and can be accessed from the side of the house. Both the bathroom and ensuite shower room were replaced late last year with white contemporary fitments and have a real luxury feel to them that will not disappoint. The kitchen has been looked after but is in its original condition. Buyers may wish to replace this in time so we have allowed for this within the asking price, allowing buyers not only to personalise their new home but also to add real value.

What the Owner says:

After looking on the north Horsham developments for a modern detached property, we struggled to find anything that didn’t have any road noise from the by-pass. Being in a quiet location was one of our main priorities, so when we eventually found Britten Close, we actually came back the following morning in the rush hour just to make sure that it was still peaceful. We called the estate agents straight away to make an offer. With a young family and work commitments we also wanted a property that would be low maintenance, but still have some character about it. We felt this house had a cottage feel to it, and we fell in love with it straight away.
