" LOCATION This semi detached house is located within a popular small cul-de-sac to the north east of Horsham. The house is in a convenient position for access to a number of popular schools that include Millais girls and Forest boys as well as Leechpool Primary School. The house is also well located for access to road and rail networks as it is set a short distance from both Horsham and Littlehaven mainline stations; in addition, junction 11 on the M23 is around 15 minutes drive away with the A264, A24 and A281 all easily accessible. 

PROPERTY The front door of this large semi-detached home opens into a spacious hallway offering access to the Lounge, Kitchen, downstairs Wet Room and houses the staircase along with large storage space perfect for coats and shoes.
