" A highly unique four bedroom 1539 sq.ft detached house built circa 1895. The property we believe was originally built as St.Andrews missionary room. It has also over the years been used as a builders yard and most recently a photographic studio prior to our clients turning the property into a home.

The accommodation comprises an open plan re-fitted kitchen/dining room with a raised breakfast bar for informal dining. There is a separate utility room and ground floor cloakroom. From the kitchen is a door leading to a double aspect sitting room. From the kitchen is a spiral staircase leading to a large open plan landing with access to a first floor study/occasional bedroom, three other bedrooms and the former first floor kitchen that has potential to be changed into a shower room

(subject to the necessary approval). Stairs lead down to the old entrance hall, the door to outside and a ground floor bathroom.

Outside the property to the front is an area of off road parking for one vehicle with barn style doors leading to a cover port and access to the rear of the property. There are some useful brick built outbuildings with a detached brick and timber two storey barn.
