" If you don't know one end of a paint brush to the other, do not worry. The owners have taken a lot of time and trouble to present their period home in show room condition and is ready for buyers to move into. You will be pleasantly surprised when you view this property. Being extended to the rear and with the loft cleverly converted, buyers will find extensive living space on the ground floor and 3 large double bedrooms on the first and second floors. The lounge is an impressive 28ft long and leads into the dining area and provides an excellent entertaining space when family and friends come to visit.
The kitchen has also been refitted to a very high standard in a contemporary style with 2 Velux windows and glazed doors to the side and rear that allow plenty of natural light into this practical space and compliments the coloured cabinets. The family bathroom is on the first floor, again finished to a very good standard in a white contemporary style. The master bedroom with it's ensuite shower room is now on the second floor, but does not suffer from limited head room like so many loft conversions do.

What the Owner says:

I'm hoping buyers will like the front door, I designed the stained glass window myself after completing a course. As the sun comes through the window during the afternoons the light patterns that show on the walls and floor are really beautiful. The garden was a lot bigger than the other properties that we saw when purchasing, it has a brick patio area leading to extensive decking. It needs minimal maintenance and was very practical with our pet dog. If buyers wish they could easily lift the decking and relay the lawn for a minimal cost.
