" This three bedroom terraced house was built around 1978 and is located in a quiet cul de sac position. The house is a very good size inside and in good order. The accommodation comprises entrance hall leading to a cloakroom. The living room is a good sized room with access to the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is big enough to sit in. On the first floor there are all three bedrooms , all of an excellent size, with a family bathroom and separate shower cubicle within in addition to the bath. The garage was converted around 12 years ago to a separate dining room by the current owners who have lived here since new. They have added sealed unit double glazing and refitted the kitchen with built in oven and hob. The boiler was also replaced in 2010. The existing owners brought up their family here, having moved to Horsham from London and tell us the neighbours are very nice and how quiet the area is. The local shops are only a short distance away along with the primary school. This is a very good sized house with a pleasant garden.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for 32 years and have really enjoyed it. We brought up our two children here, so it is a happy family home and an excellent size. We have done a few things to it over the years. The main thing was to convert the garage to a dining room, great for entertaining as we have done with large family gatherings in the past. The bedrooms are a great size too. We also added a shower cubicle to the bathroom. It is close to the shops and the primary school where our children used to go. A quiet and friendly area.
