DescriptionThis post war style family home offers three bedrooms, two reception rooms and a large rear garden measuring 100' in length. The property offers some scope for modernisation.

.The accommodation is accessed through a UPVC double glazed door to a small entrance hall which has stairs to the first floor and a door to the sitting room. The sitting room has a front aspect double glazed window and feature fireplace. There is a ground floor bathroom which is fitted with a panel enclosed bath and wall mounted shower over, pedestal wash hand basin and low level W.C set into a recess. There is a range of base and eye level units with intergrated sink and drainer and four ring hob with oven below.

.The first floor accommodation is accessed from a landing which has a built in storage cupboard over the stairs. The front aspect master bedroom measures approximately 16'7 x 10'10 including a staircase and door to the loft room.
