" Having a well thought out and clever design of living and bedroom space that has been extended by the current owners approaching approximately 1434 ft.?

To the ground floor the reception hallway leads through to the sitting room which enjoys a bay window to the front aspect and has double doors that lead through to a separate dining room, with a further set of double doors leading directly out onto the rear garden terrace. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with beach finish and contrasting worksurfaces running through.
