" Situated along the very popular West side of Horsham is a two double bedroom ground floor maisonette. Being purpose built the property is leasehold. In our opinion the service charges are minimal compared to other leasehold apartments so is therefore very affordable. You enter via its own front door into a spacious entrance hall, there is a 14'3 x 12 sitting room, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a good size kitchen both of which may require updating. All the lovely big windows are double glazed letting lots of light into the property and includes views across the delightful rear garden which can also be accessed via the double glazed kitchen door. The front and rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and includes a timber garden shed, a separate brick built store and outside water tap.
There is off road parking however, this is not allocated and is on a first come first serve basis. The property is on mains drainage and is heated with night storage electric heating.
