" Situated in one of the most prestigious roads in Horsham this 2 bedroom flat is not to be missed. The property is a ground floor flat and offers direct access to the communal gardens, this has been highly beneficial to the current vendor as it has allowed them to have the use of the garden and patio area without having to do the weekly maintenance. The property is located less than a mile from Horsham town centre, the location was one of the key factors behind the vendors decision to purchase the property. Properties in Tanbridge Park are always highly sought after and are rarely available for long so an early internal viewing is highly recommended

I bought this property when it was brand new as it offered me the location and convenience I was looking for, being so close to Horsham town has been so useful to me, especially when getting about has become harder.I had the ability to pick the flat I wanted and went for number 90 as I felt it offered the nicest location close to the main house. The additional benefits of a ground floor flat and access to the garden have helped make my stay in the flat even more enjoyable.
