" Tanbridge Park was a former school with the main house now converted into luxury apartments. and an array of attractive mews style homes, offering a central position close to Horsham town centre, John Lewis, Waitrose and Sainsburys.

The versatile accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises, an entrance hall with a door to a ground floor cloakroom and access the sitting room. The sitting room has a decorative fireplace with an inset electric fire, stairs to the first floor and a useful under stairs cupboard. A door to the rear of the sitting room leads into the dining room which has sliding patio doors out to the conservatory and a door into the kitchen. The kitchen has a range of both eye level and waist height cupboards and has a built-in cooker with oven and grill and a ceramic hob. Space and plumbing for a washing machine. Door to a useful lean to covered side storage area that provides secure side access into the rear garden. The conservatory has double doors to the rear garden and a door into the garage. SITUATION
Tanbridge Park is considered to be an exclusive development within a very short walk to the town centre and the many local amenities some of which include a newly built John Lewis and Waitrose. Within close proximity is the local library, doctors, dentist, bus station and Sainsburys. There is an array of shops in the historic town of Horsham along with a variety of restaurants. There is the Capitol theatre/cinema and the pavilions gymnasium in Horsham Park. The development is situated on the Worthing Road nearest to the town centre. From the roundabout at Sainsburys follow the Worthing Road and Tanbridge Park is the second turning on your right. Take the turning on the left and then turn into the drive on the right. Bear left and then the property is situated on the left hand side.
