" This is a two bedroom purpose built top floor apartment built by Taywood Homes during the mid 1990's. A very central location close to Horsham town centre, Tanbridge Park occupies the site of the old Tanbridge House School, just off the Worthing Road, where it adjoins the town centre. The apartment is available with no onward chain and is located in well maintained communal grounds. You can clearly see the quality of this location and its layout. The apartment has a security entry phone system, carpeted staircase to the top floor leading to the entrance hall, separated by a cloaks lobby exclusively for this apartment. You have two double bedrooms, the principal with en suite shower room to support the main bathroom. There is a comfortable living room with kitchen just off it which is well fitted. A recently replaced combi boiler provides heating via radiators. The windows are double glazed and outside you have two parking spaces, one open and one a numbered bay. These apartments are seldom available. They have great appeal because of its attractive appearance and fabulous central location. This is a quiet area and highly regarded.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

We bought our apartment around 2000 and were instantly drawn to how private it is and yet so central. It is a very quiet area and all the gardens are well maintained so it always looks very smart and presentable here.It is very secure and with good parking. It would make a great 'lock up and go' if you travel or commute. A good size and an attractive development.
