" LOCATION This spacious three-bedroom end of terrace family home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular southwest of Horsham. Situated a one mile from Horsham town centre, the property has easy access to local bus routes and is minutes away from the major road arteries of the A24, A264 and A281. A 10 mile drive will take you to the M23, and local shops and amenities are just a short walk away.

The local green is just round the block, offering a basketball court, football pitch, enclosed children's play area and additional green space for outdoors activities. Horsham river walk is access via a pathway through the copse of Alder trees 50 yards from the house, offering additional and convenient nature walks for pets, adults and children alike. Cycle paths run to Horsham and Broadbridge Heath with the south-downs link just a short cycle distance away. 

PROPERTY The front door opens into a bright hallway with ample space for coats and shoes or additional storage space.
