" Versatility over 3 floors in Furnace Green with driveway for 3/4 cars and a private rear garden. The house is approached by a brick block driveway for 3/4 cars enabling the whole family to keep their cars off the road. The ground floor offers a large office/playroom or bedroom, downstairs wc and utility room. The office/playroom/bedroom was originally a garage and could be reinstated if required. In the past I have seen the ground floor of these homes used as almost a self contained apartment with shower room, kitchen and lounge/bedroom ideal for an elderly relative, teenage child or to let. From the first floor upwards it is much like a conventional house with lounge, kitchen/diner on one floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on top.The current owners have altered the layout to the ground floor and first floor now providing a very light living area leading into the kitchen/diner. The garden is accessed from the utility room and offers ample space for barbecues, play and relaxing.

What the Owner says:

Furnace Green has a local shopping parade and is only 0.7 miles from town centre and is a similar distance to Three Bridges station. Doctors, dentists and schools are easily accessible from the property, and there are lovely walks, fishing or cycle rides around the lakes and forest of Tilgate Park & Forest. The Hawth theatre is very nearby and hosts a varied programme of shows and events.Crawley has much to offer a growing family, great restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, leisure centre and much more. Getting around Crawley is a breeze with the bus service. London and the South coast is easily accessible by road (M25) or rail.
