" The current owners bought this house as it really did fit all their requirements that they could have asked for, will you be the next lucky owner?Being a Victorian property the owners have taken great care in keeping the original features but also giving it a modern twist where it matters. Great example is the upstairs bathroom suite or the fitted kitchen which has been updated with stainless steel appliances and wooden units. Being so close to the town, parking can be a nightmare. With this home you will never have such problem as there is not one, but two parking spaces, very handy when you have friends or relatives visiting. The best is yet to come though. The landscaped rear garden, which is enclosed on one side by a stunning Victorian wall, has hosted many great parties and barbecues in those summer months. Being only minutes walk from the town centre you really do have everything on your doorstep, there will be no worry of running out of milk or bread on that Saturday morning. If you commute to London, do not fret as Redhill has an excellent transport links that will have you in the City in less than half an hour. Even if you don’t commute you will find it very convenient if you plan a great night out in the bright lights of the city.

What the Owner says:

We bought this home around 6 years ago as it was in a perfect location, with easy access to Redhill and Earlswood train stations. Redhill Common, local convenience shops and the town centre are also a short walk away. The house itself is dual-aspect giving plenty of light throughout and has been decorated with wooden flooring downstairs, and a new kitchen fitted only 2 years ago.The garden is a great little sun-trap and offers both security and privacy. It is perfect for BBQ’s and a bit of ‘Al Fresco dining’. A huge bonus for us is the fact that we have off road parking for two cars. The neighbours are friendly and the road really is nice and quiet.
