" An attractive four/five bedroom, detached 1930's house which was extended and refurbished in 2012. Set in a mature plot of 1.2 acres and presented to an extremely high standard throughout. The property is located within the village of Outwood and is within a reasonable proximity of three local village public houses, The Bell, The Dog & Duck and The Castle. The property is well set back from the road behind electronic wooden gates with a gravel driveway leading to the house. The ground floor of the property comprises two spacious reception rooms, a contemporary open plan kitchen/family room with a walk in pantry and fitted appliances including dishwasher, wine fridge, oven, warming drawer. The M25 and M23 give easy access to Gatwick and Heathrow airports, as well as the Channel Tunnel.
