Semi detached house originally constructed around 1900 and extended in the 1980s. The property is situated in a semi rural location to the south side of the town but at the same time being very accessible to Redhill town centre with its comprehensive shopping facilities and mainline station. Earlswood station is also within easy reach.

This property offers comprehensive living accommodation with a good size lounge, separate dining room, study/playroom, kitchen, shower room, four good size bedrooms, bathroom and a large boarded loft space with light and pull down ladder. DIRECTIONS - from Redhill town centre take the A23 south Brighton Road. Continue along this road out of the town centre, past the golf course and turn left at the traffic lights into Three Arch Road, signposted to East Surrey Hospital.
