" A delightful bungalow, that has recently been updated to include double glazing and gas boiler, perfect to be downsizing to, but only if your requirements include a conservatory, low maintenance garden, spacious rooms and set down a quiet cul-de-sac near the shops.A real 'gem', set back from the road, you are assured of your private space, however you won't help but notice the community spirit with the neighbours. You are greeted by a warm and spacious entrance hall looking straight through the long lounge which has the added addition of an open fire (logs and/or coal), to the conservatory allowing a lot of light in. The conservatory is a recent addition and provides that extra bit of space you sometimes need, especially when you have guests over. The kitchen is at the rear and enjoys views of the manicured garden. Even the bedrooms suit the average downsizers with two spacious double rooms with the bathroom in the middle. Outside, the drive, garage and private front and rear gardens round off a most delightful bungalow.Salfords is a small area with all the necessities, just round the corner and within a walking distance for most is the parade of shops and Salfords train station. Located between Horley, Redhill and Reigate connected on a bus route.

What the Owner says:

We fell in love with Salfords, and the neighbourhood is quiet, it is 5 minutes walk to the local shops, home deliveries of milk & papers. It is a good pick up point for national bus routes and perfect location for commuting to work by car or train. A worthwhile investment in a great location for newly weds, small family or simply the down sizers.
