" Location here is second to none! Perfect for anyone needing to commute into London for work everyday, Merstham train station is only a short walk away. However, if you would prefer a faster train, Redhill s main line station has frequently running trains that can take you into the bright lights of London in just 30 minutes!

Situated off the main road and down a quiet residential cul-de-sac is this modern ground floor maisonette. The close comprises of 3 blocks, all housing maisonettes with well-maintained communal gardens that wrap around each of the blocks.

As you make your way inside the porch and through your own front door, you are greeted by a wide entrance hall. You will be instantly impressed with how much space this maisonette offers and although the property is in good condition, it also offers you the option to put your own stamp on. Off the hallway you have two generously sized double bedrooms and main family bathroom. To your right you walk through into an open plan and exceptionally spacious living/dining room. 'They don?t make flats like this anymore.. All the rooms are a great size and the kitchen is separate enabling you to shut the door on those unwanted cooking smells. Being tucked in the corner you are submersed with views of the pretty communal gardens, very peaceful. The perfect retreat for those with busy lives or just looking to relax at the weekend.' 'Having lived here for the last 5 years, I can honestly say this home has been prefect for me! When I first started looking for a property I wanted something in a peaceful location but close to local amenities. This maisonette certainly ticked all the boxes and more! Redhill Town Centre is only a short drive or bus ride away and has everything from retail shops to Sainsburys for my weekly food shop. Being on the ground floor and having my own front door has been a real bonus, as well as the garage of which I currently use as storage. I will be sad to leave however I have decided to move closer to family, however I hope the new owners are as happy here as I have been.' "
