" This 1930s semi-detached family home offers plenty of curb appeal and having a driveway with an abundance of parking outside your house is certainly a rarity in roads this close to town. As well as the paved driveway, there is also an integral double garage.

On entering the property, you will notice that the house has been completely transformed to make a beautiful family home. To your left, the entrance hall leads you into two separate and spacious reception rooms. The dining room benefits from a pretty bay window which fills the room with natural light. The living room is warm and cosy with plenty of room for all your furniture. At the bottom of the stairs there is a large cloakroom with plenty of inbuilt storage space. The entrance hall leads you down to the modern kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, that has recently been extended. Attached to the kitchen is an invaluable separate utility room with access to the garage. A back door allows you side access to a private garden which catches the sun throughout the day, making it an ideal area for a family BBQ on a summers evening. There is also a shed tucked neatly out the way for garden storage.

Upstairs you have five excellent sized bedrooms, one of which is currently being used as a study. The master bedroom is particularly impressive complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a family bathroom.

Located within walking distance to Redhill town centre, ideal for anyone that needs to commute into London, Redhill s main line station has frequently running trains that can take you into the bright lights of London in just 30 minutes! Access to the M25 and Gatwick Airport are also conveniently located nearby.

'With a young family when we first bought this home it was important for us to be accessible to good local schools, you are not short of options here and as they get older it?s easy enough to walk to giving them independence. The house itself offered just what we needed, great separate reception space so we could all watch what we wanted on TV, family kitchen breakfast room where we spend most of our time and good size bedrooms.
Parking is abundant here for all the family and part of what attracted us to the house was the integral double garage not really for parking more storage, we had considered converting this (STPC)into further living space but decided it was more than we needed. We hope the new buyers are happy here.' 'In my opinion the master bedroom here is what every self-respecting parent needs to escape the children. The double story extension has made such a difference to the versatility of the house giving families of all ages room to spread-out.
Unbelievably there is still more room should you need it. A great buy.' "
