" Park Corner Cottage is a stunning family home that subtlety blends the old with the new. Enter via the front door into a lobby, the principle ground floor accommodation and stairs to the first floor are found. The kitchen/dining room provides a wonderful inclusive open plan area, with French doors that can be opened on to the garden providing direct access. The main feature in the kitchen/dining area being the handmade Italian style kitchen. The visually striking semi-circular island is both stylish and practical and will no doubt delight budding chefs with its carefully thought out appliance positioning. The t.v./snug room is very much a part of the kitchen/dining area and enjoys triple aspects views of the garden with doors leading directly out. There is a free standing log burner. A toilet and utility room are located just off the kitchen. Beyond the dining room lies the sitting room that enjoys views to the garden and a large brick fireplace housing a log burner. Open access from the sitting room leads to the study and the oak framed garden room that provides wonderful triple aspect views over the garden. Upstairs the four double bedrooms are found off the landing area and are served by two bathrooms.
