" Superb 5 bedroom country house located in the grounds of a private 180 acre estate, in landscaped gardens measuring nearly half an acre. This unique property has been designed to reflect key architectural features in the original gothic mansion house and provides over 4000 sq ft of beautifully presented accommodation including 4 reception rooms, a 20ft kitchen and 4 bathrooms. All the significant formal rooms have views over the gardens which face south east and the parkland beyond. The Wyfold Estate's parkland also includes woodland and private tennis courts for residents' use.
ACCOMMODATION
The owners' attention to the original detail of the design is apparent throughout this lovely home. Involved at the time of construction, just over 11 years ago, the level of specification in all the bathrooms and the kitchen in particular is very high.
