" Overview
House Network are pleased to offer this impressive five bedroom, four reception, detached family home set in a large plot of approximately 1.5 acres.

The house is particularly spacious, all the bedrooms are doubles and the large hall area, paved in Yorkshire stone, also gives a roomy feel to the property. The house was formerly home to a cattery and at the bottom of the garden there are extensive outbuildings and a large covered area. It is believed that this holds commercial building status and therefore could possibly be redeveloped as a home office or workshop. The bedroom on the ground floor benefits from an ensuite shower room and has the family room coming off it and as such it would lend itself to a Granny annexe or au pair's room. The property also has a large master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom. The garden is approximately 1.5 acres, half of which is a mature garden and and the other half wooded. The garden gate leads to a public footpath across farmland - ideal for dog walking. The property measures approximately 2,381 ft2.

The house is situated just outside the village of Nettlebed where there is a shop, a petrol station and a doctors' surgery and is about half way between the charming Oxforshire towns of Henley-on-Thames and Wallingford. Unusually for rural properties in the area, the house is on a main bus route and it is therefore very easy to get to Henley, Reading or Oxford by public transport.
