" Situated in a quiet and tucked away position, a three bedroom mid terrace house located at the end of the close with rural views over estate land to the rear. The property benefits from a private south west facing garden and double glazed windows throughout. Epc rating F. NO ONWARD CHAIN

The property is accessed via the entrance hall with staircase to main landing and door into the living room with open fireplace and double doors leading out onto a patio and rear garden. A door off the living room leads into the kitchenwith a a deep storage cupboard under the stairs. To the side of the kitchen is the side entrance hallway which runs from the front to the rear of the house with ample storage and a W.C.
Directions
From the centre of Henley on Thames proceed along Bell Street and leave Henley on the Fairmile towards Nettlebed (A4130). Proceed up the dual carriageway, through the woodland and on reaching the roundabout take the second exit. Pass the village green on the right hand side and take the second turning right into Watlington Street (B481). Continue around the left bend and take the third turning on the left into Priest Close where the property can be found at the end of the Close.
