" The Property
Chimney Corner is a spacious bungalow situated on a generous plot of approximately .8 of an acre, offering enormous potential for redevelopment subject to the necessary planning consents. The bungalow offers double glazed replacement windows and doors; there is oil fired central heating together with a large integral double garage with electric up-and-over door.

Location
Satwell is a delightful hamlet situated approximately 3 miles west of Henley-on-Thames, the area is well known for its excellent footpaths and bridleways and the village boasts the reputation of its own ?Gastro Pub? public house which is just a short distance away. Henley-on-Thames and Reading are both easily accessible with excellent shopping and recreational facilities including good state and public schooling for all ages.

From our office in Hart Street, proceed through the central traffic lights, through Market Place and continue up Gravel Hill. Continue out of the town and after approximately 2 miles you will pass through Greys Green; take the first right turn to Satwell/Shepherds Green. After a short distance the property will be found on the left hand side just past The Lamb.
