" A charming, beautifully presented and refurbished 4 bedroom Victorian house, attractively situated in this rural hamlet just 3 miles from Henley on Thames. The village of Binfield Heath offers an excellent local shop with post office and highly rated Shiplake Primary School is half a mile away at Shiplake Cross. There are also two excellent public houses in the village and the area is well catered for in the way of recreational facilities including golf courses, riding and sports and leisure centres.

Directions
From our offices in Hart Street proceed towards the River Thames bridge and turn right at the traffic lights into Thameside. Continue along by the river towards the station and at the next traffic lights turn left into Reading Road. After approximately 3 miles turn right at the sign post to Binfield Heath along Memorial Avenue, at the junction turn right and proceed into Binfield Heath, turning left at the village stores towards Dunsden Green. Proceed for about a mile and the turning to Gravel Road will be on the right hand side almost opposite the chapel; 2 Spring Terrace will be found a short distance along Gravel Road on the right hand side.
