" 2 Clisby Villas is a beautifully presented and extended property set off The Fairmile in Henley. The refurbishment has been carried out by the present owners who have created an elegant, open plan ground floor arrangement that feels spacious and light and has made clever use of spaces such as creating an enclosed study area beneath the stairs. From the entrance hall, the sitting room has an attractive window seat, an electric fire and is open plan to the kitchen area that is separated by a breakfast bar with marble top. A range of fitted units provide excellent storage and there is a gas range style cooker and built in fridge freezer. Beyond is the dining area with access to the garden.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with feature clawed roll top bath and a further set of stairs lead to a loft room that is used as a dressing room and is fitted with built-in cupboards. The second bedroom is a double room and has an en-suite shower room.

Situation
The property is located just outside Henley town centre, set well back off The Fairmile. Henley offers a fine selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and leisure facilities including a cinema and theatre. The town is famed for its annual Royal Regatta which takes place on the River Thames each July. Henley Station provides services to Reading and on to London Paddington (50 mins approx). The M4 Motorway is available at J8/9 Maidenhead Thicket and the M40 via the Marlow bypass at High Wycombe.
