" This fabulous end of terrace four bedroom family home holds an elevated position within the sought after enclave of Ancastle Green, conveniently located just above Henley town centre.The property is presented in good decorative order throughout and offers bright and flexible accommodation. Beyond the porch is the entrance hall which accommodates a cloakroom and hanging space for coats. A door opens into the principle reception areas that lie beneath an open galleried landing where a skylight above floods natural light onto the dining area. Beyond is the sitting room which provides delightful views of the rear garden as well as offering direct access via sliding patio doors. The kitchen is located at the front of the property and is fitted with a range of storage units and integrated appliances. There is a large picture window providing views across the Green with a Belfast single sink beneath. A utility room is just off the kitchen where the boiler is located as well as plumbing for the washing machine and dryer. There is also good storage space.
