" A beautifully presented and refurbished late Edwardian detached house, tucked away in a favoured quiet position on the south western side of the town.

The Property
Built in 1911 and retaining much of its charm and character has been the subject of improvement in recent years including the conversion of the loft to provide a wonderful master bedroom suite. Further improvements include replastering, replumbing and rewiring with many of the original windows having been upgraded and draft-proofed. There is also a 25 year Damp & Timber guarantee. As well as the new en-suite, the bathroom is also new with under floor heating and the kitchen has been refitted with modern shaker-style units.

Berkshire Road is a popular and desirable residential location situated on the western side of Henley within walking distance of the town centre offering everyday shopping needs. There are many recreational and leisure facilities in the town with sports centre and swimming pool. Continue along by the river towards the station and at the next traffic lights turn left into Reading Road. Take the third turning on the right in to St Andrews Road, continue over the crossroads then take the third turning on the left hand side into Berkshire Road, proceed to the end of the road and the property will be found on the corner of Peppard Lane.
