Tucked away at the end of a small cul de sac, yet still occupying a central position within the popular village of South Stoke, near to the village Primary School, and within catchment of Langtree Secondary School in nearby Woodcote. The house offers four bedrooms and three reception rooms, with potential to extend further (subject to usual planning permission requirements). The accommodation includes: entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen, dining room, play room, WC, four bedrooms, family bathroom, and single garage. EPC Rating D.
LOCAL INFORMATION
The village of South Stoke, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, lies on the River Thames between Goring-on-Thames and North Stoke in the southern-most part of Oxfordshire. Conveniently located within close proximity to Goring-on-Thames with its rail links to London (approx 45mins), Reading and Oxford. There is a regular bus service through the village to both Goring-on-Thames and historic Wallingford. The M4 and M40 are each a 25-minute drive away.
