LOCATION The property is situated in the village of Upper Bucklebury offering good local amenities including a general store, primary school and Public House. The village is surrounded by rolling countryside and is very popular for walking and riding. Thatcham and Newbury offer a wider range of shopping and leisure facilities. There is very good road access to the M4 at Junctions 12 or 13 and also the A34 of Newbury linking with the national road network. Trains from Thatcham to London Paddington take approximately 1 hour.
