" Located down a quiet single track lane in this pretty village midway between Reading and Newbury, this three bedroom semi detached house is within walking distance of the primary school and the local public house. The garage has been converted to provide a study/family room and smart downstairs shower room. Accommodation includes entrance hall, living/dining room, conservatory, kitchen, study, downstairs shower room, three bedrooms and bathroom. Driveway parking and lovely south west facing rear garden overlooking fields and woodland.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor Front door into entrance hall with stairs leading off to first floor landing. Door through to spacious living/dining room with feature fireplace with inset woodburner. Patio doors leading into a generous low-level masonry built conservatory with double glazed French doors and windows overlooking the rear garden.
