" A classic 1930s semi with long rear garden... Within the shared Maiden Erlegh/Bulmershe catchment area and close to the University. DESCRIPTION/LOCATION: An attractive red brick two storey semi detached house with tiled roof and a projecting bay window on the ground floor. The property was built probably in the 1930s and has been improved in more recent years with the installation of double glazing to the main windows and a refitted kitchen and bathroom.
