Homeowners Thoughts

This place has been a real gem for us. It`s been nice to being at the end of a quiet street, making it safer for kids to play outside. The neighbourhood is friendly, and we`ve felt part of a community here.

We`ve found it a very convenient location, with Sainburys being only a 10-15min walk, and if you fancy a drink or a meal out, there are some lovely village pubs around, like the Walter Arms. The train station is about a 15-minute walk, which has been handy for getting into Reading or Wokingham quickly.

For outdoor activities, Dinton Park is just a 5-minute drive and has been great for a change of scenery and some fresh air. Schools in this area are good too, which is a bonus. If you`re into movies, the biggest Showcase Cinemas is practically on the doorstep, just a 2-minute drive away.

There are plenty of green spaces around for a walk or jog, which has been nice for getting some exercise and clearing the head.

We`ve loved living here, but as our family grows, we`re looking to move somewhere a bit bigger. This place would be great for a small family looking to settle in a convenient yet quiet location.
