" Approached via an attractive courtyard at the front of the property are steps leading to the front door, upon entering you immediately are welcomed by a sense of charm and character, there are two spacious double-aspect living rooms; both providing ample space for entertaining guests or enjoying family time.
Stairs lead to the lower ground floor, providing a beautifully appointed kitchen with a side aspect window at street level, allowing an influx of natural light. There is an abundance of character with exposed beams and brickwork. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units under an expanse of solid wooden work surfaces and a Belfast sink. In addition, there is space for further appliances and a range cooker. This fabulous area opens into a separate dining room with a door giving access to outside. Also on this floor, there is a downstairs WC.   On the first floor there is a spacious, double aspect master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a separate toilet and a second double bedroom.
