" Very pretty 2 bedroom character cottage, with many original architectural features which is perfect for a first time buyer or young couple's first home. The beautifully presented accommodation includes an extended kitchen/dining room, living room with feature log burning stove, 2 good sized double bedrooms and a recently fitted bathroom. Located in a popular Chilterns hamlet, the cottage has a superb garden which is over 100ft long, off road parking for a couple of cars and is within a 10 minute drive of both Reading and Henley on Thames town centres.
ACCOMMODATION
This lovely cottage has a number of attractive original features including unusual cathedral windows on each floor, pine latch doors, brick feature fireplaces and exposed beams. The 19ft living room overlooks the front and has a feature brick fireplace with superb log burning stove that warms the whole house. The spacious kitchen/dining room is fitted with a range of wall and base cabinets and has a window overlooking the rear gardens and French doors opening out onto the paved terrace.

On the first floor is a good sized double bedroom which overlooks the front and which has a feature fireplace. The bathroom has recently been refitted with a white suite which includes a shower over the bath and ceramic tiles to the walls and floor. On the second floor is the 17ft master bedroom.
