" An extended house with a self contained ANNEX, set on a corner plot in Odiham.

The accommodation comprises, entrance hall, living room, kitchen, breakfast room, study, conservatory, cloakroom and utility room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a box room and a bathroom, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms.

The annex is on the ground floor and comprises, entrance area, kitchen, bathroom, reception room and bedroom.

Externally there is driveway parking to the front and the rear, an attached garage and lawned area with decking and a storage area.

Odiham is a delightful historic town with a rich architectural heritage of listed buildings, a royal pedigree and convenient access to a range of local shops and amenities. The High Street has great charm and character.

A strong community spirit prevails with tennis, cricket and bowls clubs and the Parish Council and Odiham Society take a keen interest in maintaining all that is good about Odiham.
