" An end of terrace, Grade II listed cottage of which parts are believed to date back to the 17th Century, set in the village of Greywell.

The accommodation comprises, country kitchen/dining room and sitting room with inglenook fireplace. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, the main bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, fireplace and exposed beams. Externally there is a driveway to the front for parking and a mature private garden, containing a large solid wooden outbuilding. The property is connected to all mains services.

Greywell is on the other side of the M3 from Hook. The area is extremely popular with walkers and cyclists. At the centre of the village is the Fox and Goose public house, which is popular with both locals and visitors. There is also the 13th century church, St Mary's.

Hook and Odiham are both approximately two miles away and offer local shops and facilities such as doctors, dentist and schools. The railway station in Hook provides direct access to London Waterloo.
